Hi I was just wondering if anyone had any experience of leaving your first degree then coming back to do medicine after some time out. I left my biomed degree recently and am thinking of applying for medicine in the next couple years. Do you get many older people on the course and what is the social life like if you’re a bit older. I would be around 23/24 at the time , I know that doesn’t sound old but Ive already had the typical fresher experience as an 18/19 year old? would dropping out and taking time out of education affect your application
